 I found in the Massachusetts archives this volume: Massachusetts soldiers and sailors of the Revolutionary War. A compilation from the archives. Images 596 to 597. On page 597 is a Thomas Winch of Framingham. Below his entry is another Thomas Winch which I believe to be his son. Joseph Tunnicliff was born on 17 February 1758, in Derbyshire, England, his father, John Tunnicliff, was 42 and his mother, Mary Woodhouse, was 27. He married Abigail Smith on 28 April 1778, in Amherst, Hillsborough, New Hampshire, United States. They were the parents of at least 2 sons and 4 daughters.
